The SDAX Referral Programme rewards clients who introduce qualified investors to the platform. As your referrals onboard and invest, you earn rewards based on the investments they make over time.

 

Because getting ahead is rewarding. Bringing others along for the journey makes it even more worthwhile.

HERE'S HOW
IT WORKS.

1. Share your referral code

Share your unique referral code with someone you think should be part of the journey. This could be a friend, family member, colleague, business associate, or anyone in your network who may benefit from the investment opportunities available on SDAX.


2. They come onboard and invest

Your referral qualifies as an Accredited Investor, opens an SDAX account, and starts investing through SDAX.


3. Get rewarded

We’ll add together all qualifying investments your referral makes during their first three months from account opening to determine the reward tier. The more they invest, the higher the reward you may qualify for, with rewards of up to SGD 2,288 credited directly to your SDAX wallet.

What is the SDAX Referral Programme?

The SDAX Referral Programme rewards existing clients for introducing new Accredited Investors to the SDAX platform.

When someone you refer successfully qualifies as an Accredited Investor, opens an account and meets the programme requirements, you could be entitled to receive a cash reward depending on the amount they invest.

It’s our way of recognising the role our clients play in growing the SDAX community through trusted relationships and personal recommendations.

Any existing SDAX client can participate, provided they meet the programme eligibility requirements.

It’s easy to find. 

  1. Log in to your SDAX account. 
  2. Tap More at the bottom right of the screen. 
  3. Select Referral from the menu. 
  4. You’ll be taken to your Referral page, where you can view, copy, and share your unique referral code or personalised referral link.

It’s simple.

  1. Share your referral code. 
  2. Your referral qualifies as an Accredited Investor and opens an SDAX account. 
  3. Your referral makes qualifying investments within three months from account opening. 
  4. We’ll add up all qualifying investments made during that period.
  5. The final amount determines the reward tier, and your reward is paid based on the highest tier achieved.

Anyone who is not already an SDAX client and who qualifies as an Accredited Investor.

That could be a friend, family member, colleague, business associate, or anyone in your network who may be interested in the opportunities available on the SDAX platform.

In Singapore, an Accredited Investor is someone who meets at least one of the following criteria:

  • Net personal assets exceeding SGD 2 million 
  • Net financial assets exceeding SGD 1 million 
  • Annual income of at least SGD 300,000 

Your referral’s eligibility will be verified as part of the onboarding process.

Your referral must qualify as an Accredited Investor, successfully open an SDAX account, and invest at least SGD 10,000 within three months from account opening. 

The total amount they invest within the three months will determine the reward tier you qualify for. 

To qualify for Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 rewards, investments must be made into products with a minimum tenure of six months. 

Commercial paper investments qualify for Tier 1 rewards only, regardless of investment amount or tenure.

Your reward depends on the total amount of qualifying investments made by your referral within three months from account opening.

That’s absolutely fine.

We’ll add together all qualifying investments made within three months from account opening. The total qualifying investment amount will determine the reward tier.

For example, if your referral invests SGD50,000 in one qualifying product and a further SGD50,000 in another qualifying product during the three-month period, we’ll treat this as a total qualifying investment of SGD100,000.

You would therefore qualify for the SGD428 reward associated with the SGD100,000 tier. Only one reward is paid for each referral.

Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make during the programme period.

Where possible, we’ll work with you and your referral to verify the referral relationship before the qualification period ends.

No. The programme is intended for new-to-SDAX clients only.

No. The referral reward is only paid to you, the referrer.

Your referral will, however, gain access to the same investment opportunities available on the SDAX platform.

Your referral has three months from account opening to make qualifying investments.

Once that three-month period ends, we’ll calculate the total qualifying investments made during the period and determine the applicable reward tier.

Your reward will then be credited to your SDAX wallet on the 10th of the following month, or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or public holiday.

For example, if your referral opens an account on 15 June 2026, their qualification period will end on 15 September 2026. Your reward, if eligible, will be credited on 10 October 2026.

The programme runs from 8 June 2026 to 8 January 2027.

Your referral must successfully open an SDAX account during this period.

Once the account has been opened, they will have three months from account opening to make qualifying investments.
