Your feedback is important to us. A dedicated team systematically reviews your comments to ensure your feedback reaches the relevant teams and individuals. A separate, independent team supervises this process.
A response will be sent to you within 2 business days of receiving your concerns. Feedback received on non-business days, or after office hours on business days, will be treated as having been received on the next business day.
Review of a complaint will include reviewing information provided both by the complainant and our own records and may involve interviewing the complainant. As such, we may contact you to provide more information relating to the complaint. We will keep you informed on the status of the investigation process, and aim to complete the investigation within 20 business days of receiving the complaint. Upon which a written response will be given setting out the final response.
In case of a delay in the investigation, we will provide:
- The reasons for the delay.
- An indicative reasonable timeframe within which the complainant may expect to receive our final response to the complaint.

- Whether you are an existing customer or not.
- Feedback subject.
- Name of SDAX Capital Markets Pte Ltd’s employee involved if relevant.
If you are submitting feedback on behalf of someone else, please provide their details in the email.
Should you believe that we have not addressed your concerns to your satisfaction despite our best efforts, you may refer the matter to the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC). More information is available at the FIDReC website: https://www.fidrec.com.sg
