We recently partnered with Food From the Heart for their signature event, helping transform Singapore Polytechnic into the happiest place in Singapore for over 2,000 underprivileged children at Toy Buffet 2023.

The worlds of fine art, technology and finance formally intersected at our recent SDAX event last month, partnering New York-based private art and collectibles asset manager, Artory/Winston.

Our guests were treated to the exceptional experience of learning from art global leaders on art investment as a resilient asset class. Headlined “Unlocking the Future of Art Investing”, art experts Nanne Dekking and Elizabeth von Habsburg delivered engaging sessions to our 250 guests and provided valuable insights into the global art landscape and vibrant art investment scene.

They also deconstructed the complicated ecosystem of fractional ownership and blockchain technology in the context of investing in a diverse investment portfolio of emerging, mid-career and blue-chip artists such as María Berrío, Liu Ye and Damien Hirst - most of whom, are not readily accessible to investors, especially those unfamiliar with the market or who aren’t guided by qualified due diligence and valuation experts.

This event was not just a celebration of art and innovation in Singapore and its art community, but a profound affirmation of the boundless possibilities that art brings to our lives. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for a day of inspiring conversations, networking and unlocking new possibilities in the dynamic world of art and investment!

SDAX highlighted the positive social impact of the work LiveMore Mortgages does in the later-life mortgage market to provide innovative mortgage solutions, providing liquidity and support to a rapidly aging population that is underserved by the traditional mortgage market.

SDAX is working with LiveMore Mortgages to provide investors mortgage backed securities on the SDAX platform and to access a product that makes an impact on an underserved demographic of an ageing population.
