SDAX recently co-hosted an investor lunch at Sommer Dining with Leon Diamond, CEO and Founder of LiveMore Mortgages.

Leon provided insights on the later-life mortgage market in the UK and mortgage backed investment opportunities.

LiveMore Mortgages deeply understands the unique needs of the oft over-looked demographic of homeowners aged 50-90. LiveMore Mortgages take a holistic approach in their mortgage solutions which go beyond the traditional bank mortgage product, and have built a loan book of nearly GBP200m, an average loan-to-value ratio of 46% with zero defaults. This speaks to the leadership of their seasoned management team which has driven their innovative approach to the mortgage market.
