About the Issuer
Tat Hong Equipment Service Co., Ltd. (registration number: CR-291251, the “Issuer”) is the first foreign-owned tower crane service provider established in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) since 2007, and has been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 13 January 2021.
The Issuer mainly engages in the provision of one-stop tower crane solution services covering consultation, technical design, commissioning, construction to after-sales services to Chinese special-tier and tier-1 engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) contractors. The Issuer mainly participates in EPC projects of its clients who are primarily located in the PRC, covering multiple industries such as infrastructure, clean energy, traditional energy, public and plant construction, commercial building, and residential building.
The large-scale tower crane fleet enables the Issuer to provide integrated tower crane services covering a wide range of lifting capacities ranging from 80 to 3,150 tonne-metres with a focus on medium-to-large-scale construction projects. The Issuer is well-recognised in the industry and has built a strong reputation in terms of workers’ safety, service quality and technical strength. The Issuer remains innovative with continued research and development in the field of new tower crane technical solutions. As of 30 September 2023, the Issuer possesses 146 registered patents for utility models and inventions relating to tower cranes. The Issuer is headquartered in Shanghai supported by four operational subsidiaries and one refurbishment center located in the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Yizheng, and 15 operational bases across the PRC.
