PT ASLI Pangan Indonesia (“ASLI Pangan”, the “Company” or the “Issuer”) (Business Identification Number: 1112240020796) is a coffee bean trading company specialising in sourcing and distributing Indonesian coffee beans to established international buyers.
ASLI Pangan and PT ASLI Satu Indonesia (“ASLI Satu” or the “Corporate Guarantor) are both subsidiaries of PT ASLI Sejahtera Lintas Investama (“ASLI Investama”).
ASLI Satu is a logistics technology company dedicated to digitising and modernising Indonesia’s supply chain ecosystem. ASLI Satu operates KADEX+, Indonesia’s first multimodal logistics platform, integrating ferries, buses, motorcycles, and trains to support domestic supply chain movements.
Together with other entities under ASLI Investama (collectively, the “Group”), the companies optimise and secure Indonesia’s commodity flow for the world market. Starting with coffee beans, the Group bridges Indonesia’s supply to global demand through efficient, transparent, and traceable trade routes.
