LiveMore Funding 26-2 Limited (the “Issuer”) forms part of the LiveMore group of companies (“LiveMore” or the “Group”), which is a UK-based mortgage lender. LiveMore Capital Limited (“LMC”), the Group’s primary operating mortgage lending company, is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Established in 2018, LiveMore provides prime UK first charge residential mortgage loans to mid-to-later-life customers aged 40 plus, with an average age of 65. The Group provides Equity Release and Non-Equity Release mortgages for properties located in England, Wales and Scotland. To support continued growth in mortgage origination, the Group employs capital recycling strategies, such as portfolio sales and loan securitisations, releasing capital and credit lines.

The Issuer’s role is to provide financing for the funding of mortgages and associated origination costs. As part of these activities, the Issuer provides a loan to its Parent Company, LiveMore Investments Limited (“LMI”). LMI then provides funding to LiveMore’s mortgage warehouses for mortgages originated by LMC. LiveMore has senior funding arrangements with global investment banks which fund the majority of the mortgages underwritten.
