2023 was a milestone year for us with listings on the SDAX Exchange exceeding SGD$1 billion. As we embark on the next phase of our growth journey this lunar new year, I would like to take this opportunity to share a few thoughts on our strategy and focus for the road ahead.

We remain optimistic about the prospects of private markets and alternatives, and the pivotal role it plays in a well-rounded investment portfolio. On that note, we will continue to bring a curated suite of high quality products to serve our diverse and sophisticated investor base. A key focus for this year will be to widen our bench of private credit products that provide yield. These include innovative and structured opportunities that are uncorrelated to macroeconomic fluctuations as a means to boost the resilience of our clients’ portfolios.

Anchored and driven by our commitment to bridge the gap in access, efficiency, transparency and liquidity for private market investors, we strive to continuously develop our platform’s functionality to better serve the growing needs of our investor and issuer base. In the coming months, we will be rolling out a series of new features further enhancing the user experience on the SDAX ecosystem, including a new mobile application, unique virtual account numbers tagged to each investor’s wallet, as well as a new PayNow integration, to create a smoother, safer, and swifter investment experience.

Our quest for growth would not be possible without your continued partnership, support and collaboration – and we thank you! We recently kickstarted a monthly investor breakfast club and it was wonderful to see so many of you there. We are excited to share we will be lining up a number of new and interesting events this year and look forward to connecting with all of you then. Whilst technology has made our lives more efficient, our commitment as an investment and exchange platform, will always be grounded in real human connections.
