Despite the long-standing cooling measures and uncertain global economic outlook amidst COVID-19 outbreak in the 2 years, Singapore’s residential property market continues to perform well; according to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) data, private home prices in Singapore rose by 10.6% in 2021 and 8.4% in 2022.
